Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide from Melbourne, Australia.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed and packed within 7-10 days of ordering, excluding weekends and public holidays. If the order contains a pre-ordered item, the whole order will ship when all items are in stock. We do not partially ship orders.

Internationally - The standard delivery time is 10-15 working days.

Within Australia - The standard delivery time is 3-5 working days.

How do I track my order?

Once an item has shipped from us, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and how to track the item.

Returns

How do I return an item?

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note there is no returns on signed paperbacks or gift items unless faulty.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How long does it take to process my return?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Can I exchange for a different item?

Yes, if no damage. If it's a signed item no returns are allowed.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
