FAQ

When does my first letter arrive?

We dispatch twice a month, on the 15th and the 25th. You'll be assigned whichever of those dates comes next after you join, and your first letter goes out then. From there, you'll receive a new letter on that same date every month for the rest of the season.

I'm joining after launch. Do I get the letters everyone else already had?

Yes. Every subscriber starts at Letter 1 on their own join date. You won't miss anything and you won't get anything early. Your story begins when you do.

Can I cancel anytime?

Monthly subscribers can cancel anytime through their account. Pay-in-full subscribers are committed for the full season once purchased.

Do you ship to the EU?

Not currently. Due to new EU customs charges, we've paused EU shipping for now. Everywhere else, we're happy to send it your way.

Is there a digital version?

No. The letters are physical only. That's the whole experience.

What's inside the envelope?

Your episode, of course. But also a personal letter from me, collector's postage stamps (each episode has its own design), and a few other goodies I'm not going to spoil for you!
