What happens when a season ends?
Your subscription simply continues into the next one. No re-subscribing, no gap, no action needed unless you want to cancel.
When does my first episode arrive?
We dispatch twice a month, on the 15th and the 25th. You'll be assigned whichever of those dates comes next after you join, and your first episode goes out then. From there, you'll receive a new episode on that same date every month, for as long as you stay subscribed.
I'm joining after launch. Do I get the episodes everyone else already had?
Yes. Every subscriber starts at Episode 1 of Season One on their own join date. You won't miss anything and you won't get anything early. Your story begins when you do, no matter what season current subscribers are on.
Can I cancel anytime?
Monthly subscribers can cancel anytime through their account. Prepaid subscribers are committed for the current season, but can cancel any time before their next season renews, you'll get two reminders before it charges again.
Do you ship to the EU?
Not currently. Due to new EU customs charges, we've paused EU shipping for now. Everywhere else, we're happy to send it your way.
Is there a digital version?
No. The letters are physical only. That's the whole experience.
What's inside the envelope?
Your episode, of course. But also a personal letter from me, collector's postage stamps (each episode has its own design), and a few other goodies I'm not going to spoil for you!
What if I need to change my address or cancel before a cycle ships?
You can update your address or payment anytime through your account. Just make sure any changes are made before your dispatch date, since we print and mail early to hit the 15th and 25th.
What happens if I don't receive my letter?
Sometimes mail takes longer than expected, especially internationally. If your episode hasn't arrived within two weeks of your dispatch date, email me and I'll look into it.
