For The Daring Post orders these are shipped out on the 15th and 28th of every month. When you sign up to your series e.g. Blood in the Water you will start your subscription with episode 1 then each month you'll receive the next instalment.
All physical book orders are processed and packed within 7-10 days of ordering, excluding weekends and public holidays. If the order contains a pre-ordered item, the whole order will ship when all items are in stock. We do not partially ship orders.
Internationally - The standard delivery time is 10-15 working days.
Within Australia - The standard delivery time is 3-5 working days.
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note there is no returns on signed paperbacks or gift items unless faulty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
